Here are some helpful facts and tips to help guide you through city attraction tour. By taking the following into consideration when planning your day, we will help you make the most of your time in our city.

Facts and Tips :
Stop #1 through Stop #12 are busiest in the morning due to hotel pickups as we have no way of predicting how many people will be waiting along the way.

Stop #14 at the Aquarium, #15 at the Totem Poles and #16 Prospect Point in Stanley Park are busiest in the afternoon.

Any vehicle you board after 2:30pm will finish at stop #1 in Gastown and not continue on with the regular tour. Please be aware of this when planning your day and if you have any questions about this, please ask one of our guides or drivers for more details.

Our Trolley’s can accommodate a maximum of 34 passengers. Please be aware that ours is a First Come, First Serve Service and we cannot guarantee available seats on all trolleys.

The tickets are a 1 day ticket that we have extended to 2 consecutive days. We realize it is a lot to see in only 1 day.

Granville Island stop #20 gets very busy in the afternoon.

Try visiting Granville Island in the morning time. Get off the tour at stop #8. From here it is a very short walk to the False Creek Ferry dock. The price of the tour ticket includes a free ride on the ferry to Granville Island. The Island is less crowded at this time of day and gets busier as the day goes on. Ask the driver for directions if you are unsure.

If you are trying to get back to your hotel at the end of the day, look for ways to save time for example, from stop 20 on Homer Street, you can walk to stop 7 on Helmcken Street in less than 5 minutes. If you were to stay on the tour, you would arrive at stop 7, 41 minutes later. Look for shortcuts; ask one of our mobile guides to help you with this.

If you are too hot or cold, can’t hear the commentary, not sure where you are, where you are going., what that crazy looking building is, where the best place to get an ice cream is, or anything at all, please don’t be shy and ask the driver, other people probably have the same questions.

Have fun!
