Top off your day with
a visit to the Peak of Vancouver as you board your
TROLLEY on a journey to a different world, where
you can view the SUNSET high above the city.
 You
will start your tour going through scenic, world
famous, Stanley Park. After a short journey over
the Lions Gate Bridge, North America's largest aerial
tramway system whisks you away on a one-mile journey
high above the Alpine forest and between the mountain
peaks. The views are breathtaking - the city skyline,
ships in the harbour, the glittering Strait of Georgia,
and far off Vancouver Island.
When you reach the top of the mountain plateau,
3700 feet (1100 m) above sea level, you will have
two hours to explore, dine or just enjoy the fantastic
view.
Choose from a fabulous array of restaurants where
Grouse Mountain chefs will delight you with the
finest and freshest selections of West Coast and
specialty seafood dishes. From fine dining in
The Observator y (you can make reservations aboard
the Trolley) to the casual fare at Altitudes Bistro,
there is a menu to please any palate.
Enter Grouse Mountain's mile high Theatre in
the Sky, and view Canada's first high definition
video presentation "Born to Fly" - experiencing
British Columbia from an eagle's perspective.
An aerial adventure exploring scenery, recreation,
travel and the natural wonders of the Pacific
Province. This video is a 'must see' for visitors
and residents alike. It's a flight you will not
soon forget.
 Walk
around the meadow and visit two orphaned grizzly
bear cubs and four grey wolves as they explore
their natural habitat at the Wildlife Refuge.
Visit the Peak Chalet and the many gift shops
located there, and find that very special item
as a keepsake of your trip to Vancouver.
After having spent a glorious two hours, return
to the base and reboard the Trolley for the return
trip to your point of embarkation.

Starting
in the late afternoon you will be whisked by trolley
from downtown Vancouver to the pristine forests
of the North Shore mountains. You are greeted at
Capilano Suspension Bridge with a First Nations
welcome ceremony and then and taken on a guided
tour of the park. There will be additional time
to explore the Bridge, Treetops Adventure and Capilano’s
wonderful gift shop. You can have your dinner right
after the guided tour or after you have finished
your exploration of the park.
