Do you need reservations for the Sunset Tour?
Reservations are required. Please book through one of our ticket agents or drivers or by phoning 604-801-5515. |

Do you need reservations for the City Tour?
Reservations are not required. Simply go to the nearest trolley stop listed on our schedule and get on board. |

What if the trolley is full?
We have “floater” trolleys on standby in high traffic areas. If you don't get onto the first trolley, our driver will radio the standby driver to come pick you up. However, please keep in mind that sometimes you may be required to wait for the next trolley, usually a 20 minute wait. We do our very best to make sure this does not happen. |

Where do I purchase my tickets?
You can purchase your tickets from the driver when you board a trolley. We also have ticket agents are located at various stops on our route such as Canada Place and our mini-trolley booth at Gastown. Tourist Info Centers and some hotel concierge desks also sell our tickets. |

How long is my ticket valid?
The length of validity for your ticket depends on the choice you make when purchasing; we offer single-day and two-day passes. |

Do you have group rates?
Groups with 15 or more people can receive a $2 off per person discount on our city tour. |

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as Debit. |

What places are a must see?
The most common must see places are Gastown, Granville Island, Vanier Park, Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Garden in Chinatown, Yaletown, Robson St. and of course Stanley Park. |

How can I get in from Richmond?
The Vancouver Shuttle can pick you up from your hotel in Richmond and will take you directly to stop 2 on our route. The Vancouver Shuttle will also provide you with a brochure & $1 off boarding pass for our city tour. For information and cost please call Vancouver Shuttle 604-841-2121. |

Do you pick up from Via Rail?
We do not pick up at Via Rail, but you can cross the street and board the SKYTRAIN to Waterfront Station where you can board a trolley. Our stop is right in front of the statue of the Angel holding the soldier. |

Where can I store my luggage?
If you are coming off a cruise ship you can store your luggage at CDS Baggage at Canada Place. For more information call (604) 303-4500. |

Are pets in small carriers allowed on board?
No pets are allowed on board the trolley unless they are seeing eye dogs. |

Are packed lunches & beverages allowed on board?
No food or drinks are allowed on trolleys |

Do we have to start at stop #1?
No, you can start at any one of the 29 stops along our two loops. |
